Hello, and welcome to my blog. I'm a natural light photographer living in the Boise, Idaho area with my husband and 5 kids. I enjoy capturing images of all kinds, but I am truly in love with photographing newborn babies. The first days of life are precious and magical and so very fleeting. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have at info@LauraFarrisPhotgraphy.com. Thank you for visiting my little corner of the web :)

so happy.

I'm soooo happy that warm weather is coming! It feels like we've had such a long winter and I'm so excited to get outside and enjoy spring. Flowers and blossoms are popping up everywhere and I've been itching to take my girls outside for a photoshoot for a while. Yesterday was the day. My friend Audrey brought her little girls and we headed out to a gorgeous flower filled field. Lily tried so hard to do what I asked her to, bless her little heart. I do think the promise of krispy kreme doughnuts, if the girls were good had something to do with her good behavior. Stella wasn't as cooperative but we managed to get a few keepers of the two of them. Thanks for the fun evening Audrey! Lily has been talking about Abbey all day.

Oh my, these are all just way to precious Laura! They turned out beautifully, your light is amazing! Love them all! I had so much fun, we definitely need to go again soon. Especially if it means more eye candy on your blog :) These are fabulous! Doesn't hurt that your girls are as beautiful as can be.

Oh my gosh...love these. Love the field of purple flowers. The dresses are so cute (and of course the girls in them). Just lovely!

Laura I found your blog through Two Peas in a Bucket and was immediately drawn to your style of photography. These images are gorgeous, stunning lighting, comp and pp! I just recently started working on a blog, I use flickr mostly. Hope to get to know you better and enjoy little pieces of the world through your eyes!
