Her book came!
I spent countless hours putting Stella's newborn book together. It was worth it. I love it. It's 89 pages long so I can't share the whole thing, but here are several of my favorite layouts.
I'm so glad that's done and I can enjoy it!

Thanks for all the nice comments. I must say that I'm so happy I took the time & effort...lots of effort to put this together for her. I wish I had one for all my kids.
Wow! This is gorgeous!
Was there any kind of templet or have you done all the text yourself?
I want to make one when our first little one arrives :)
Amazing!
That's incredible Laura!!! Major kudos to you, I can only imagine the effort that went into putting such a book together, on top of photographing and editing everything, wow!! I desperately want to do this for my girls, It must be soo rewarding. It's absolute perfection!!!!! Stella is going to LOVE it one day!
Wow - breathtaking - I am so very jeleous! Thank so much for sharing. Did you do it all be hand?? Inquiring minds WANT to know!
absolutely beautiful! Do you mind sharing where you printed it through?
Thanks for the comments ladies!!! I bought a template that had 9 two page layouts from Jamie Shultz and I did made the rest myself.
Laura...love the book. I have been looking at your blog for about a year (I am Russell Mower's cousin and live in the same stake as your parents). Your work is beautiful. Would you ever be willing to let me come talk photography with you? I am also wondering if you used a macro lens for "her details". Thanks!

Laura, I don't think I have ever seen a more beautiful newborn book! I LOVE IT! WOW, I am sooo impressed! You rock girl! I too want to know where you printed it, if you don't mind sharing. Thanks so much!!!
Dana, I did use a macro lens for most of the shots of her details. I borrowed it from a friend and LOVED it. I used my 24-70 2.8 on some of those too. It works okay, but doesn't get in really really close like a true macro does. Cama, I'll email you.
I just can't stop looking at this.
It's gorgeous. Now I am really convinced to drop scrapbooking and make something like this instead.
Is your husband a photographer? I supposed he took the shots at the hospital?
I would love to know where you got it printed. It looks so professional.
Please let me know; mys[at]mysmasken.se
I know mine won't look nearly this good, but I think I will start planning it already, even though baby is not due until March next year :)
WOW!!!!! Just amazing!!!
Laura,
What a treasure this will be!
Thanks Laura...That is cool you have a photography friend that you can swap equipment and chat with!! Good for you.
Laura, I would love to know where you had your book printed, it looks gorgeous! What a lucky little girl to have such a great memento of her first few weeks.
These are GORGEOUS, Laura :). It doesn't hurt that your family is beautiful :).
Cyndee <><
Laura, it's just breathtaking. I don't know what to add to everyones comments, just that I know how many late nights you put into this, and it was so worth it! What a treasure for you and little Stella to have. You're such a beautiful photographer, but you're also amazing at design! Could you be any more talented?
I have her urbanesque templates and love them! I'll have to check out her baby templates, too. LOVE what you've done with your book! Where did you decide to print?
