Hello, and welcome to my blog. I'm a natural light photographer living in the Boise, Idaho area with my husband and 5 kids. I enjoy capturing images of all kinds, but I am truly in love with photographing newborn babies. The first days of life are precious and magical and so very fleeting. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have at info@LauraFarrisPhotgraphy.com. Thank you for visiting my little corner of the web :)

Stella day 9 : Nampa Idaho newborn photographer

I was so happy to have my friend Amanda Andrews come over to help me with one of Stella's shoots. Newborn sessions can be exhausing not to mention long. I've done several by myself since Stella was born and it was so much easier and funner to have Amanda there to help. She just happens to be one of my very favorite photographers too. So I was honored that she offered to drive all the way from Mountain Home to help me out. She brought some really fun props with her too. Thank you Amanda!

I took these next 3 shots with the 100mm macro lens Amanda let me borrow. I'm in love with it!

Thanks guys! Amy, I got that texture from Nichole Van. I ran her antique color + texture action on the picture with Stella on the red chair & used the mellow texture from that set. LOVE that action set!
